Shipping Destinations

The BB Crew currently ships Australia-wide.

If you are located outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact connect@thebbcrew.com.au. International shipping may be available and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Costs

Australia: We offer flat-rate shipping of $12 AUD per order (tracking included) for up to 4 copies.

International: We are happy to arrange international shipping where possible.

Shipping costs will be quoted based on the destination, weight and quantity of books and must be approved prior to purchase.

All orders are sent via standard post.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 3–6 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and postal services. While we do our best to ensure orders arrive promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The BB Crew is not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at connect@thebbcrew.com.au.

We will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Pre-Orders

Products listed as pre-order will not be shipped until the advertised release date.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
