what is the bb crew?
The BB Crew was created to help children and the adults around them navigate health and hospital journeys with more confidence, understanding and connection.
Hospitals can bring big feelings, not just for children, but for parents, caregivers and educators too. While medical care is often excellent, families are not always equipped to confidently navigate the emotional side of health and hospital journeys, particularly during times of uncertainty and stress.
The BB Crew offers a gentle, story-based way to keep those conversations alive. Through characters, shared language, and storytelling The BB Crew helps:
1. Children name and understand their feelings.
2. Adults feel more confident starting conversations.
3. Families, educators and health professionals build a shared emotional language.
The BB Crew does not replace existing support or services. It complements them by opening space for connection, curiosity and care.
