How teachers may use this book
Teachers and schools may choose to use Bill’s Hospital Adventure:
During wellbeing lessons
As a classroom read-aloud
To support emotional literacy discussions
Alongside health education topics
When supporting children navigating hospital or healthcare experiences
To encourage empathy and inclusion within the classroom community
The story has been intentionally written to be flexible and non-diagnosis-specific, allowing many children and families to see themselves within the book in different ways.
